In the role of Back-office & Project Manager you are in charge of coordinating everything that happens behind the scene. You keep the track on tasks delivery, our internal resources distribution and keep control over the payments in&out. This role combines a lot of responsibility, learning in team and delivery productivity and also requires great communication skills.

Your mission:
  • Lead and develop clients projects from back-office, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Coordinate workflow of consultants and business analysts - develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Deliver reports on progress to all required business stakeholders, mostly internally
  • Manage internal operations at our office in Kosice and help with arrangements also at our locations remotely

Your superpowers:
  • Project management knowledge and experience, ideally with some known certification in PM
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Previous experience in managing finance, budgets, overview & basics of company cash-flow management
  • Excellent communication and written skills, especially towards internal team as well as towards our clients and partners
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
  • Enjoying work at coworking area, where teams collaborate intensively together onsite and remotely and their collaboration in such combination is not a challenge but and advantage
